On Their Shoulders We Stand
The La Peña Community Chorus is happy to share some of our most beloved repertoire in an inspiring concert at La Peña Cultural Center, 3105 Shattuck Ave. in Berkeley on Saturday, March 29th from 7 to 9:30 pm.
Presented by beloved Bay Area poet and KPFA host and stalwart, Avotcja, we will pay homage to the artistic brilliance of our mentors who have left us to “Carry It On.”
Proceeds will benefit La Peña Cultural Center in its banner 50th year. So please come and help La Peña thrive for another 50 years and enjoy a great concert!
Cost: Sliding scale $10 to $500. No one turned away for lack of funds
